100 million cycles maintenance-free
With the 'LMS M' linear motor system series, KML offers a standardized pick & place system in various performance classes. Cycle times of 0.35 s with high precision (repeat accuracy of ±5 µm) can be achieved.
Thanks to the integral and inherently rigid design, these high dynamics are guaranteed with process reliability. The system is particularly suitable for flexible, freely programmable assembly lines for placement processes and pick & place tasks.
With the improved LMS M Advanced model series, up to 100 million maintenance-free cycles can be guaranteed - made possible by special cable technology and optional central lubrication, among other things. In addition, the stroke lengths for both axes have been increased - by 100 mm to 400 mm for the horizontal axis and by 75 mm to 175 mm for the vertical axis.
Further conversion options are provided by the horizontal or vertical alignment during assembly.
