Speakers Matthäus Hose (WEKA FACHMEDIEN) and Prof. Matthias Spörrle (Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg) provided insightful answers to questions about our customers' behavior in their presentation on "Help, my customer is a Neanderthal - markets change, people don't!".

Prof. Matthias Spörrle (mating researcher - theoretical) provided psychological explanations for the answers presented, helping us to gain a better understanding of what drives our customers and how and why they make decisions.

After the presentation, the participants took the opportunity to chat over food and drink, meet friends and industry colleagues again after a long time and make new contacts.
