The pallet truck uses 3D vision to identify objects and to pick up and deliver pallets. It is also able to avoid obstacles, making it suitable for automated pallet logistics. According to the provider, the integrated AI perception systems represent a significant improvement over conventional recognition methods. The AMR is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing MiR-AMR fleets. The robots can be seamlessly managed and integrated via the 'MiR Fleet' fleet management tool and monitored and optimized with 'MiR Insights'. Thanks to the AMR's 3D vision capability, it can dynamically adjust its route to avoid obstacles such as loose objects on the floor or hanging cables. It analyzes an extensive amount of camera and lidar data in real time. This is done by accelerating the entire stack on the graphics processor and other processors integrated in the Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin module. The lift truck complies with ISO standard 3691-4.
