The investment by Turn/River Capital, a company focused on B2B software, marks a milestone in Paessler's next phase of growth. Helmut Binder, CEO of Paessler, explains: "Joining forces with Turn/River opens up new avenues for Paessler." Turn/River's expertise in operations and strategic market expansion should enable Paessler to scale even faster and improve its ability to offer added value to current and future customers, Binder continued.

Dirk Paessler, founder of Paessler, adds: "We have turned a small project into a global success, without roots in Silicon Valley, and have grown to hundreds of thousands of customers through the dedication of our team alone. Over the years, around 100 individual shareholders have helped shape our company, and I will always be grateful for their trust. Now, together with Turn/River, our team will lead the next exciting chapter of Paessler's growth."
