IoT integration in Profbus and Hart systems
The 'smartLink HW-DP' gateway from Softing Industrial enables access to Profibus DP networks independently of the controller. The gateway can be seamlessly integrated without disrupting the operation of existing installations.
The gateway from Softing Industrial offers Industry 4.0 connectivity for both new and existing Profibus DP networks and enables the scalable integration of device data into Plant Asset Management applications. The latest version offers support for Endress+Hauser Netilion and FieldEdge SGC500 gateway as well as the possibility of parallel operation to Endress+Hauser FieldCare, provides an extended HART-IP server for additional information about the remote I/O level and provides a better representation of the physical network in Emerson AMS Device Manager. Relevant data for optimization processes is available for higher-level applications via open, standardized interfaces such as HART IP and FDT.
