The Supervisory Board of Basler has announced changes to the Management Board. The contract of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Dietmar Ley will expire at the end of 2025. Dr. Ley has expressed his wish not to extend his mandate after more than 25 years as CEO for personal reasons and has asked the Supervisory Board to ensure his successor. It is intended that Dr. Ley will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity and move to the Supervisory Board at the request of the majority shareholder.
