PTC hat eine endgültige Vereinbarung zur Übernahme von ServiceMax für rund 1,46 Milliarden US-Dollar unterzeichnet. Die Akquisition soll das Leistungsspektrum des Closed-Loop-PLM-Portfolios von PTC stärken.
