Tsubaki Kabelschlepp launches 'Flatveyor ZP': The solution combines the features of a flat cable system with the structure of a cable drag chain.
According to Tsubaki Kabelschlepp, users benefit from the simple replacement of cables. Existing cables and hoses can also be used. Flatveyor ZP is based on durable and smooth-running hoses that can be easily opened and closed using a tool supplied. According to the supplier, this zip structure is very flexible, but does not open when moved. This design makes it easy to replace or use existing cables and hoses.
Integrated support elements enable the free-standing flat cable system to move linearly at high speed. The support elements act as guides that can be moved in one direction along the specified minimum bending radius, reliably guiding the cables and hoses. The flat cable system is certified to ISO cleanroom class 2 and is therefore suitable for production processes in hygiene-sensitive industries where a particularly low-particle environment and technical cleanliness must be guaranteed.
