With COM3, the Li-Q25L from Turck supports the latest and fastest IO-Link interface. Thanks to the contactless coupling between the position encoder and linear position sensor, the device reliably outputs a position signal even in the event of vibrations or shocks of up to 200 g. According to the manufacturer, the sampling rate of 5 kHz reduces tracking errors to a minimum over the entire measuring length. In addition, a 16-bit converter ensures precise measurement results. The sensor can be integrated into Profinet systems via Turck's Simple IO-Link Device Integration (SIDI) without additional software.

The IODD configurator simplifies commissioning and maintenance. In addition to cyclical process data, the linear position sensor also transmits diagnostic data to the cloud via IO-Link. The sensor complies with protection class IP67 and can be used in the extended temperature range from -25 to +75 °C. The device is available in measuring lengths from 100 to 2000 mm.
