The incremental encoders in the series are based on a modular system that is constantly being expanded. The Euro flange B10 is a standard for mounting shaft encoders and meets the requirements for high reliability in applications such as rolling mills, the paper and wood processing industry and on cranes. The square flange designed in inch dimensions, on the other hand, is mainly used in US machines and systems. The versions with Euro flange B10 and square flange are based on optical scanning with finely graduated line numbers from 100 to 5000, developed for use in precision rotary encoders, and ensure accuracy and signal quality over a temperature range between -40 and +85 °C. In the programmable version, any line count from 1 to 65,536 and operating temperatures from -40 to +100 °C are possible. The permissible shaft load is 40 N axially and 80 N radially.
