The 'HGT 1054' mobile panel from Sigmatek is equipped with a 10.1-inch TFT multi-touch display, a powerful x86 Intel Atom dual-core processor and safety elements.
The wired mobile multi-touch panel HGT 1054 from Sigmatek offers a projected capacitive 10.1 TFT color display (WXGA 800 px × 1280 px). Thanks to a powerful x86 Intel Atom dual-core processor, 4 GByte DDR4 RAM and 32 GByte eMMC memory, the web HMI is suitable for applications with HTML5 visualization.
With the OPC UA-capable panel in protection class IP54, machines, systems and robots can be operated, tested and maintained on site. The integrated emergency stop and enable button safety functions ensure the necessary safety for users and machines. The Mobile HMI measures 226 mm × 264 mm × 94 mm, weighs 1.3 kg and integrates a Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 type A interface in the standard version.
The visualization is created using the HMI tools Lasal Screen and the web-based Lasal VisuDesigner. Ready-made design templates and a wide range of operating, graphic and design elements are available for this purpose. With the latest web technologies HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, hardware-independent visualizations can be easily configured in VisuDesigner. Scalable vector graphics (.svg) can also be used.
