The devices are available with either a 7-inch or 10-inch TFT LCD. High computing power and flexibility are guaranteed by an ARM-based dual-core processor and support for the MQTT and OPC UA communication protocols. Thanks to optional Wi-Fi, integrated 4G antennas and an easy-to-install wireless communication module, the series offers connectivity for seamless data collection from machines and efficient transmission to the cloud. The devices are suitable for OEMs, machine builders, system integrators and IIoT providers. They collect machine data and transfer it to the secure cloud platform 'DIACloud', where devices can communicate as if they were in a local network. The PC-based tool 'DIAWebDesigner' can be used to create individual dashboards that are made available in DIACloud. This enables end-to-end remote monitoring and visualization of production data. The separation of internal control networks and external company networks reduces the risk of cyberattacks The full-surface lamination of the front panel reduces light reflections on the display. This makes operation easier in different lighting conditions and reduces both operating errors and eye strain.
