'Getac Assist' is a robust remote solution from Getac with features for knowledge transfer, remote guidance, inspection, training, security and compliance.

The solution features a camera for fast live streaming, accessible via Getac'ssecure, purpose-built browser-based software platform. Users worldwide can log in to annotate videos and screenshots in real time, share documents, collaborate or guide teams through complex on-site procedures. This optimizes first-time fix rates, reduces downtime and support costs while increasing the efficiency of field teams. Unlike traditional remote support solutions that require headsets, the camera can be worn directly on the body or fixed independently using various secure mounting options. This provides a more stable video stream and unobstructed view for the responders, improving situational awareness and safety. The camera offers both Wi-Fi and 4G LTE capabilities for stable connectivity and a maximum battery life of ten hours for extended, uninterrupted use. The camera is designed for use in difficult conditions. With operating temperatures from -20 to +50 °C (and storage temperatures from -40 to +71 °C), it meets IP67 and MIL-STD-810H standards and is also drop-resistant from a height of up to 6 m. Charging options include a single and a multi-docking station or a Magnetic Quickrelease security cable. The specially developed Getac Assist software allows field technicians to collaborate directly with subject matter experts. The browser-based, secure platform enables, for example, live videos, document sharing and annotated screenshots, live chats with colleagues and recording of meetings. It also offers object recognition and AI redaction, which allows sensitive and/or personal information such as faces or vehicle license plates in videos and screenshots to be automatically anonymized.
