proAlpha acquires C4BI
ERP provider proAlpha has acquired 100% of the shares in C4BI and is thus further expanding its Business Intelligence (BI) team.
According to proAlpha, business intelligence solutions are becoming increasingly important for managing business in "real time", especially for medium-sized companies. With the Business Cockpits based on Qlik technology and the proAlpha Analyzer from its subsidiary humanIT, the proAlpha Group has solutions that are integrated with proAlpha ERP and are already in use by hundreds of users. C4BI is a consulting firm based in Böblingen that specializes in the introduction and support of business intelligence solutions based on Qlik technology.
The two companies will now join forces in the area of BI cockpits. "With this acquisition, we are significantly expanding our BI team. We are convinced that we will create even greater added value for our customers," says Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer, CEO of proAlpha.
