It can be screwed directly to the wall, but integration in the control cabinet is also possible thanks to the DIN rail mounting option and 24 V power supply. The mini computer is designed to solve classic soft PLC tasks and can also assume the function of an IoT gateway platform. It supports the PLCopen standard, which enables control programming using a Softlogic tool kit. Two Gigabit LAN ports are available for communication. Two mPCIe sockets allow WLAN or 3G/LTE functions to be added. The necessary computing power is provided by the integrated Intel Atom X5-E3930 processor, which is suitable for fanless applications. Spectra delivers the Mini-PC ready to use with an integrated SSD and pre-installed Windows 10 operating system.
