Weidmüller is expanding its Termseries family with new variants with a compact width of 12.8 mm. They switch a full 16 A without the need for additional cross-connections. The new modules also offer plug-and-play wiring technology. There are three new products in the range. The first is a changeover contact, 16 A, which can be used to switch industrial loads such as infrared heaters, pumps and small contactors with input voltages from 5 VDC to 230 VAC/DC. Secondly, a NO contact, 16 A HC (High Current), which is used for switching inductive loads such as solenoid valves, power contactors and motors. Thirdly, the NO contact, 16 A HCP (High Current Peak). It is used for switching capacitive loads such as LED ballasts, strip lights and switching power supplies. Both NO contacts are available with a 24 VDC and multi-voltage input of 24-230 VAC/DC.
