With the AS-i Safety Analog Input Module BWU2692 from Bihl+Wiedemann, it is possible to safely monitor and evaluate analog process values such as temperature, pressure and flow rate. The module monitors two analog signals with 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V or Pt100. Safe release occurs as soon as the measured values are within one of the up to eight parameterizable ranges. Each analogue channel can be parameterized separately if required. Applications up to SIL3/Cat4/PLe are supported. The protection class is IP20.
