Jetter expansion module for Jetcontrol controller generation DG MIX

The Ludwigsburg-based automation specialist Jetter now offers new expansion modules for the Jetcontrol controller generation. The JX3-MIX module offers an alternative to the discontinued Nano generation thanks to its large number of different input and output signals. In addition to digital and analog inputs and outputs, it includes a counter input and a stepper motor controller. The compact device is optionally available with an additional serial interface. Jetter is also presenting a new communication module that allows a Jetcontrol controller to be connected and communicate with controllers from other manufacturers via Ethernet-IP, Profinet-IO or Ethercat. Both expansion modules can be connected directly to the Jetcontrol 3xx CPU or, when mounted decentrally, can be controlled via the system bus or Ethernet using a bus head. With the new Jetmove 108, Jetter is expanding its drive amplifier series. The Jetmove 108 has a compact design and is able to control classic servo drives as well as asynchronous, stepper and direct motors and to operate them with a rated current of up to 8 A. It can be controlled via the system bus or Ethernet. It can be connected to all Jetcontrol controllers via the system bus. It can also be parameterized directly using the Jetsym development tool and programmed with simple motion instructions.
