Dassault Systèmes and Kuka cooperate
Dassault Systèmes has signed a letter of intent with Kuka AG. The agreement marks the start of an extended collaboration in which Kuka's new cloud platform »mosaixx« will be linked with Dassault Systèmes' 3D Experience platform.
By integrating the 3DExperience platform into »mosaixx«, Kuka customers will in future be able to access market-leading CAD and manufacturing solutions such as Solidworks, Catia and Delmia. These technologies can be used to create, simulate and analyze virtual twins of products, processes or entire infrastructures - in real time and on a shared data basis.
»mosaixx« was developed by Kuka Digital and is aimed at system integrators and engineers in the field of robot-based automation. The open, collaborative platform is designed to promote the digitalization and automation of production environments - regardless of machine type or manufacturer.
This cooperation strengthens Dassault Systèmes' position as a leading supplier in the manufacturing industry and a reliable partner in the field of robot-based automation. Customers benefit from an expanded portfolio of innovative technologies that increase efficiency and flexibility in production.
