Double sealing for better protection

It employs independent sealing concepts for screw and push-pull connectors, with both the socket and plug equipped with their own standard O-rings to ensure effective sealing. When a push-pull socket is connected to an M12 screw connector, the seal is provided by an O-ring at the base of the socket, activated by precise torque. When the M12 push-pull is used as a cable plug, it has its own O-ring that seals the socket collar, preventing early media ingress. Unlike form seals, standard O-rings are available worldwide without tooling costs, and automatic assembly is still possible when integrating the insulators into customer housings. A unique feature of the system is the flexibility to switch between push-pull and screw locking without compromising sealing integrity.
