Robust M12 power circular connectors for industrial applications

Lütze is launching a series of robust 'M12 Power' circular connectors for manual assembly with sturdy nickel-plated brass housing material.

With IP65 protection against dust, moisture and mechanical stress and a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C, they are also suitable for use in extreme environmental conditions. The push-lock spring connection technology enables tool-free and intuitive assembly, which reduces installation times by up to 30 %, according to the manufacturer. The power connectors are designed for cross-sections of up to 2.5 mm² and cable diameters of up to 13 mm. They ensure a vibration-proof connection with 360° shielding for reliable EMC protection. Variants are available in L, T, K and S coding, each as straight socket and plug versions for applications with 63 V(DC)/ 12 to 16 A or 690 V(AC)/ 12 to 16 A. All versions are available for either wire end ferrules or bare strands; they have color-coded terminals that correspond to the wire colors.
