The international Lütze Group will be acquired by the US-based Amphenol Corporation on October 1, 2024.

The automation specialist Friedrich Lütze, the railroad technology company Lütze Transportation and all other companies of the international Lütze Group in Europe and China will be acquired by the US-based Amphenol Corporation on October 1, 2024. The members of the Lütze Group in the USA, Lutze Inc. and Data Guide Cable Corporation, had already been successfully acquired in July 2024.

After the company was founded by Friedrich Lütze in 1958, there was a generational change in 2006 with Udo Lütze at the helm. According to the company, Lütze has since become a technology leader, particularly in areas of railroad technology, energy-efficient wiring in control cabinets and intelligent current monitoring. "By becoming part of the Amphenol Group family of companies, the next change is taking place with the aim of achieving further growth in these areas and beyond," says Udo Lütze, CEO of Luetze InternationalGroup.

The takeover will not result in any changes for customers and business partners. The existing contacts and the familiar company and production locations, including the company headquarters in Weinstadt, will remain unchanged.
