  • Condition monitoring solutions from Turck, for example, help to make production more efficient. They indicate deviations at an early stage, thus preventing unplanned downtimes and avoiding quality defects, rejects, waste and energy wastage.
  • The robust I/O, safety and control solutions can be used without a control cabinet thanks to IP67 protection. They therefore support the trend towards modular machine and system concepts and reduce the need for control cabinets and housings, which often have to be cooled using a lot of energy.
  • Turck supports the development of transparent production and supply chains with track-and-trace solutions based on RFID. Systems that always know where products, goods carriers or supplied parts are located enable maximum efficiency in production and logistics. Transportation routes and empty runs are reduced to a minimum.

At the SPS 2025 in Nuremberg, Turck will be presenting current product innovations such as the Turck Automation Suite TAS at booth 250 in hall 7 in addition to the solutions described. The software solution was voted Product of the Year 2024 in the Software & IT category by the readers of Computer&Automation. For the first time, it combines the configuration and parameterization tools of the smart Turck sensors with the network management functions of the Ethernet devices. The TAS Cloud extension supports machine and plant manufacturers with condition monitoring, plant management and remote maintenance.

Another trade fair highlight is Turck's range for digitized conveyor lines: Block I/O control modules and other decentralized IP67 components, from 48V power supply units with M12 power to switches and safety modules, reduce data traffic, cycle times and the risk of failure - scalable, available, energy-efficient and set up without jamming in no time at all.
