New Management Board structure
The Sick Management Board will be expanded as of January 1, 2021: Feng Jiao has been newly appointed to the Management Board and will be responsible for Sales & Service. Dr. Mats Gökstorp, previously responsible for Sales & Service, will take over the newly created Products & Marketing division.

© SickWith this decision, Sick 's Supervisory Board is setting the course for further growth in the technology and market environment of sensor technology.
Feng Jiao can look back on many years of professional experience in North America and Asia. The 51-year-old Canadian has been in charge of the Sick Group's business activities in China since 2014 and is responsible for the company's growth in the Chinese market. Before joining Sick, Jiao held senior sales positions at Harting and Siemens. In his role as Chief Sales & Service Officer, he will be responsible for sales in all of Sick's markets and regions and will leverage further growth potential worldwide, particularly in the Americas and Asia.
Mats Gökstorp takes over the newly created position of Chief Products and Marketing Officer at Sick.
© SickDr. Mats Gökstorp, Chief Sales & Service Officer since 2013, will take over the newly created Products & Marketing department. This will combine all functions required for the market-side implementation of digitalization.
Dr Robert Bauer, Chairman of the Management Board, will continue to focus on Technology & Digitalization. The departmental responsibilities of Dr. Martin Krämer (HR & Legal), Markus Vatter (Controlling, Finance & IT) and Dr. Tosja Zywietz (Operations) will remain unchanged.
