Changes in the management team
Lenord + Bauer has appointed a new Chairman of the Management Board as of January 1, 2020: Dr. Rudo Grimm now forms the dual leadership of the specialist for motion sensors and integrated drive technology together with Dr. Matthias Lenord.
Dr. Rudo Grimm sees the appeal of his new role at Lenord + Bauer in the company's innovative potential. When asked about his future goals, the father of three replies: "Lenord + Bauer is driving forward future solutions with integrated, intelligent, interactive sensors, actuators and autonomous controllers. My aim is to work with Dr. Matthias Lenord to use our development expertise to further strengthen our position as a forward-thinking and reliable system partner. Digitalization and artificial intelligence are the buzzwords here. We will continue to pursue this path consistently."
Before moving to Oberhausen, Dr. Rudo Grimm first worked in a consulting company and then in various medium-sized, internationally active companies as Commercial Director, Head of Operations and Managing Director. In the last five years, he managed a renowned company in the rail transport sector. He also successfully managed a start-up company in the e-mobility sector.
