On the newly created board, Till Reuter will support the founder and Managing Director David Reger primarily in matters of internationalization and investments. Reuter was Kuka CEO from 2009 to 2018 and then Chairman of the Supervisory Board of dairy company Müller.

David Reger founded Neura Robotics in 2019 with around 20 employees as Han's Robot Germany and gave the company its current name at the end of 2020. The founding investors are Han's Robot and the parent company Han's Laser Technology Group in Shenzhen, China. Neura Robotics now employs over 140 people from more than 25 countries. According to the company, all key components are developed and designed in-house in Germany.

According to Neura Robotics, the outstanding product is the first commercially available cognitive robot 'MAiRA'. Its multiple sensors and integrated artificial intelligence enable humans and machines to work together safely and effectively. In addition, the human recognition technology 'Neura Safe Human Detection' ensures safe collaboration, for example by allowing users to issue commands via integrated voice recognition. All robot joints can be controlled via tablet.

In addition to MAiRA, the Neura Robotics portfolio also includes the collaborative robot 'LARA'. The mobile autonomous transport robot 'MAV' offers flexible combination options that expand the range of applications. This means that Neura Robotics technologies can cover a wide range of applications, from intelligent production to medical technology.
