KEB Automation has launched the 'Web HMI C6 X1'. The panel can be flexibly attached anywhere on the machine thanks to various mounting options.

The panel from KEB Automation is equipped with capacitive multi-touch and supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). The possibility of installing the Web HMI outside the control cabinet is also facilitated by protection class IP67, which enables use in an extended temperature range of -20 to +55 °C without an additional housing. Users can choose between four sizes: 7 inch, 10.1 inch, 15.6 inch or 21.5 inch. The systems have a Linux operating system and are equipped with a Chromium-based HTML5 browser. According to the manufacturer, this makes them particularly suitable for IIoT edge applications in industry. In combination with tools such as 'Helio', the Web HMI can be used to create an innovative visualization system, for example. Helio is an HMI management system that allows users to create intuitive HMIs.
