SINI was founded in Gothenburg in 1948 as a service provider for the shipping industry. Since the company became a dealer for Wika measuring instruments in 1970, the partners have steadily expanded the joint business. Today, Swedish companies have direct access via SINI to a broad portfolio of instrumentation for measuring pressure, temperature, level, flow and force. They also benefit from services such as calibration, assembly and warehousing.

"The acquisition of SINI as a subsidiary is a strategic milestone for Wika in Northern Europe," says Sascha Niederhagen, Executive Vice President EMEA India at Wika. "Thanks to the local presence, we can provide our Swedish customers with more comprehensive advice and even more effective support."
