In order to meet the high demands of the industry and increase efficiency in production, optimization potential must be made visible. "The key to this is analyzing the performance of the entire production process and related processes," says Peter Bollinger, CEO of iTAC Software AG. "Our 'Manufacturing Analytics Control' product family offers data analytics options for this, both in real time and based on historical data. This provides a clear insight into current and past performance, especially for critical machines and processes."

iTAC Software's Manufacturing Analytics Control product family enables both real-time and historical analysis at machine, line and factory level. The software solution can be used in addition to the manufacturing operations management system 'iTAC.MOM.Suite', which is designed to plan, control and monitor production processes in real time.

AI increases industrial value creation

iTAC has integrated an AI chatbot as a plugin for the Workbench. The multimodal language model is able to understand technical documentation and provide tech-savvy answers to questions. It can also recommend the right API for a particular use case and generate script code for a use case based on the API documentation and input. "The system has the ability to understand and generate code itself. In this way, artificial intelligence helps to significantly increase industrial value creation," explains Bollinger.

Together with Dualis and ANT Sp.zo.o, iTAC is presenting combined software solutions at the Hannover Messe, which will be demonstrated at the joint stand (Hall 15/Stand F13).
