Haack will retain responsibility for development and will in future concentrate on identifying new strategic growth areas for Bosch Rexroth.

"Steffen Haack deserves great recognition for the important contribution he has made to Bosch Rexroth in recent years. As a member of the divisional board, he actively initiated and supported the upcoming generational change. In doing so, he has created the necessary stability in a challenging market environment and driven the further development of Bosch Rexroth," says Dr. Tanja Rückert, Member of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Bosch Rexroth AG.

Dr. Jochen Peter studied mechanical and process engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and industrial engineering at the University of Hagen. He began his professional career in 2000 as a development engineer at BMW, while at the same time completing his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute and subsequently working for the Boston Consulting Group, including in the USA. In 2011, he joined the Zeiss Group and held various management positions before becoming a member of the Executive Board of Carl Zeiss AG in 2017. There he was responsible for the Industrial Quality and Research division until the end of September 2025.
