The modular industrial PC has a wide range of interfaces with six USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports and three Gigabit Ethernet ports as well as two PCI Express mini card interfaces.

Other technical features include a working memory with up to 8 Gbyte DDR3L-1600 DRAM, a DVI-I connector for high-resolution graphics (DVI and VGA) and a micro SD card slot, which can be used to implement customer-specific applications. There is also a hardware monitor and watchdog, headphone, microphone and an external antenna connection.

The E.E.P.D. Box PC can be supplemented with a guide rail that can be used to attach various USB modules. This enables individual expansion with different functions, for example serial interfaces, WLAN, Bluetooth, GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA and relay modules.
