Murrplastik Systemtechnik has expanded its polyamide 12 protective conduit family to include an intermediate size with a nominal diameter of 80. The background to this is the demand from many industrial users to close the gap of 24 mm between the inner diameters NW 70 and NW 95. Typical applications for protective conduits with a nominal diameter of 80 mm can be found in the automotive supply industry, in aluminium welding, bonding applications or changeover systems and palletizing systems. Protective conduits with NW 80 are suitable for increased energy supply requirements, for example for power cables with larger cable cross-sections and improved water cooling. The "R-Tec Liner 80/95" return system is available to match the protective conduit sizes NW 80 and NW 95, making it easy to replace the conduit assemblies. According to the manufacturer, the return system offers optimum guidance of the energy packs on industrial robots from axis 1 to 6. Another new addition to the hose portfolio is the "Robotic Mounting System RHS 80/95", which is suitable for both nominal width 80 and 95.
