BCC program from Balluff

If connectors and cables are used in the immediate vicinity of welding work, they are exposed to extremely high levels of stress from red-hot welding residues such as weld spatter and slag. Balluff therefore offers special weld-resistant versions within the BCC range. Five different flame-resistant versions are available: In addition to glass fiber-sheathed cables, users will also find stainless steel hose cables, as required in press shops and machine processing applications. Fully silicone, silicone-free and PTFE cables are also available. The connectors of the "BCC" cables are also robust: their bodies are made of a special thermal material that is halogen-free, hydrolysis-resistant, flame-retardant and resistant to welding spatter. The die-cast zinc nut that goes with the connectors has a PTFE-coated surface that makes it difficult for dirt to adhere to.
