Inficon presents the separate TGF11 test gas filling unit. The successor to the 'TGF10' evacuates and fills the test parts completely autonomously and independently controls the filling pressure in the test part. The device has two tracer gas connections and, according to the manufacturer, fills test parts within a very short time, even at low pressure. The supplier's new HMI enables intuitive control of the device, simplifies set-up and minimizes operating errors. The device is particularly suitable for use in industrial series production, where it prevents unwanted test gas contamination of the workplace by automatically evacuating the test part after the test process. The company uses a Venturi pump for evacuation. It has no moving parts, which minimizes the maintenance effort. The device can use both helium and forming gas (hydrogen-nitrogen mixture) as test gases.
