Modat-531 is an industrial PDA with Android 4.2.2 operating system from ICP Germany. Equipped with a 5.3-inch touch display, the device is similar in size and design to a smartphone, but is equipped with special functions for professional use, for example in logistics or service. These include a 1D/2D barcode scanner and the NFC function. The device also has smartphone functions such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, an 8 MPixel camera, microphone and loudspeaker. The weight is 354 g, the dimensions are 161.5 mm × 86 mm × 16.6 mm. The PDA is IP67 protected and resistant to shocks (drop height up to 1.5 m) and temperature fluctuations (-10 to +50 °C).
