With ready-to-connect energy chain systems from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp's Totaltrax concept, customers receive an individual solution of coordinated components that is specially designed for the respective application. For example, a German supplier of plant technology installs the complete systems in its multifunctional shuttering robots. The shuttering robot is configured according to the required capacity - the cycle times are already simulated during project planning in accordance with the defined sample pallets. The cable manufacturer's solutions are just as individual as the robot in which they are used. Depending on the application, the right cable carrier can be selected from a comprehensive product portfolio of steel, all-plastic and hybrid chains. In the complete solution for the standard version of the robot, the "KE0900" cable carriers are installed on the X and Y axes, while the "Uniflex Advanced 1555" chain type is used on the Z axis. The scope of delivery also includes the "Traxline" cables specially developed for use in dynamic cable carriers as well as pre-assembled connectors.
