It allows the rivet core in the protective sleeve or the extruded rivet sleeve to be replaced if necessary - for example in the event of wear or during maintenance - without the time-consuming and cumbersome disassembly of additional system components. The rivet hose connector is suitable for all standard rivet core types with T-profiles, regardless of the manufacturer. It consists of a robust aluminum base body in which the rivet cores meet in the middle. Plastic adapter pieces in the base body position the rivet cores against each other, which can be individually replaced depending on the manufacturer and profile geometry. Spring-loaded pressure pieces ensure exact positioning of the individual plastic adapter pieces in the base body. The inner profile is designed in such a way that the plastic adapters cannot be installed incorrectly and secures the axial position of the rivet cores with the plastic adapter pieces. System screw connections on the sides of the base body make the system pressure-resistant.
