EyeVision 3 from EVT also supports 'Banana PI', which according to the provider is four times faster than Raspberry PI. The ARM system, which is the size of a credit card, is available as a hardware platform for 'Eye-Vision 3'. The board has a GigE interface and a USB 2.0 port for connecting the cameras. To create compact systems, camera modules can be connected to the CSI bus via a ribbon cable. The software programming remains the same, whether on the PC or the Banana PI. In addition to the SD card interface, Banana PI contains a SATA interface that can be used to connect a fast mass storage device. In addition, the dual-core ARM processor with a clock speed of 1 GHz and the integrated mail graphics unit with vector support offer sufficient computing power to implement even sophisticated solutions.
