With the DM.0315 size, Fibro is rounding off its series of power-dense endless lathes. The largest model in the high-speed series achieves a peak torque of 335 Nm and allows assembly diameters of up to 1,600 mm and transport loads of up to 750 kg. According to the manufacturer, the rotary tables can be quickly integrated into a wide variety of systems via fitting holes and standardized cable connectors. Thanks to the backlash-free, wear-free and maintenance-free direct drive and a measuring system integrated into the rotary table axis, any position can be approached in immediate succession with a partial accuracy of +/- 21 angular seconds and a repeat accuracy of +/- 7 angular seconds. The high-speed assembly tables do not require cooling. All three sizes are also optionally available as a decentralized all-in-one solution with integrated control. A large, central opening in the middle allows energy, signals and a wide variety of media to be fed through. The integrated Fibrodrive plus controller has a choice of PLC, Profibus or Profinet interface.
