A wide variety of sensor measuring cells are an integral part of Sensor+Test. The typical range of applications for gas sensors was demonstrated by the Department of Chemistry at the University of Tübingen using a model with a tanker truck and a tank farm. The sensors "sniff out" various substances and can thus detect and block unauthorized filling of the tanks.
