The 45 mm flat panel industrial PCs from Varioline are based on Intel's latest NUC technology: the 10.16 cm × 10.16 cm small form factor mainboard with the fifth-generation Core i5 processor 5300U (Broadwell) is equipped with 4 to 16 GB of RAM and a solid-state drive from 64 GB, depending on requirements. Users can choose between display diagonals from 15 to 19 inches in 4:3 format with a maximum resolution of 1280 × 1024 pixels and from 21.5 to 24 inches in full HD resolution with 1920 × 1080 pixels in 16:9 widescreen format. Thanks to projected capacitive multi-touch technology (PCAP), the operating units have a completely seamless and hardened glass front. The glass front is designed so that, in addition to the existing on/off button, further capacitive buttons can be integrated according to customer requirements. The industrial panel PCs operate without a fan and are encapsulated against the ingress of liquids and dirt in accordance with protection class IP65. In addition, the housing blanks made from welded sheet steel profiles can be customized in small quantities to suit an individual machine concept. Versions with custom colors and logos as well as a stainless steel housing are also possible. Two USB interfaces, RJ45 for Gigabit Ethernet or two graphic mini display ports as well as audio I/Os can be implemented according to customer requirements.
