With the Aluformplus electronics enclosure from Rose Systemtechnik, the design profile conceals the cover screws so that the enclosure looks as if it has been cast from a single mold. Thanks to the neutral color scheme in RAL 7035 (light grey) for the enclosure and RAL 7015 (slate grey) for the profiles, it can be integrated into all machine concepts. It is also possible to design enclosures and cover profiles in specific special colors that match the corporate design of the respective customer. The industrial enclosures have a material alloy in accordance with DIN EN 1706 EN AC-AlSi 12 (Fe) and comply with protection class IP66. They offer an impact resistance of 7 J in accordance with EN 60079-0 and protect their internals against dust and strong water jets. The lid and base are connected by integrated hinges, allowing technicians to work comfortably on the electronics without the risk of losing parts. The enclosure offers a rectangular dome arrangement in the base and lid, with an optional recess for touch installations.
