Nord Drivesystems offers an extensive product portfolio of smooth motors for industries and applications with high hygiene standards. An additional motor size is now available to support the requirements for lower motor outputs. The size 71 smooth motors are available in three power classes: 0.12 kW, 0.18 kW and 0.25 kW. Efficiency grade IE3 ensures resource-saving operation. Thanks to their aluminum housing with IP66 protection, the motors are protected against corrosion. For additional protection, the 'nsd tupH' surface finish is available on request. The smooth motors are unventilated, minimizing the spread of germs in production. Thanks to the modular design, variants with a condensation hole (sealed), encapsulated terminal box, standstill heating, temperature sensor, temperature monitor and/or protection class IP69K extend the range of possible applications. Various designs are available.
