Ziehl Industrie-Elektronik presents two temperature relays for connecting up to twelve Pt-100 sensors. The measured values of the sensors connected in 2- or 3-wire technology are available at the output for forwarding and further evaluation. While the TR1200 is supplied with an RS-485 interface (Modbus RTU), the TR1200IP has a TCP/IP interface with Modbus protocol TCP. The TR1200IP should be easy to configure using a browser. Applications for the devices include temperature measurement on large motors, generators or transformers. The universal power supply unit allows connection to control voltages from 24 to 240 V(AC/DC). An alarm relay signals sensor or device faults.
