Kamaka presents the EVC-116-1200 series from Green Watt Power. The mains charge controller for lithium-ion applications in electric vehicles delivers an output power of 1200 W. The two-stage charging system with constant current and constant voltage is specially designed for lithium-ion battery systems. Thanks to its compact design and low height, the series can be mechanically integrated into various charging systems. The standard dimensions are 248 mm x 375 mm x 44 mm with a weight of 7.6 kg. The operating temperature is specified from -23 to +50 °C and the storage temperature from -40 to +85 °C. An input voltage range of 90 to 264 V(AC) and an input frequency of 47 to 63 Hz ensure that the charging system is independent worldwide. The efficiency is specified at 90 %. The power factor is set at 0.99 for an input voltage of 110 V(AC) and 0.96 for 220 V(AC). An additional function is the CAN bus connection option for status and control functions. The closed housing complies with IP65.
