With the flexx GUI family, Hoffmann und Krippner presents a flexible platform for a graphical user interface that can be adapted to individual requirements according to the modular principle. A basic model available from stock enables developers to start immediately and can be used unchanged in a small series. For customer-specific adaptations, the basic platform can be used as a starting point and expanded according to a modular principle. This means that no completely new developments are required, only functional or design changes. The basic model contains a 4.3-inch VGA TFT display with a capacitive user interface. The capacitive touchscreen is protected by an individually printable 1 mm cover glass. An open embedded Linux is used on the ARM processor, which supports software solutions such as 'QT Quick' for graphical display and for editing simple control functions. Interfaces such as Ethernet, USB and RS232 connect the panel to the outside world as standard. Power is supplied via 24 V(DC) or the USB connection.
