With U-One-Safety, Johannes Hübner is launching the next generation of its encoder system for accident prevention on machines and systems. It can be used to implement motion and position-dependent safety functions. The system offers safe position and error switches, absolute encoder interfaces, speed switches and optional current or incremental outputs. The various functions, output signals and interfaces can be combined modularly to suit any application. In the 'U-One-Safety-Compact' design, the individual modules are mounted directly on the base unit in a robust housing. U-One-Safety-LWL' is available with a base unit in the housing and is connected to the modules in the control cabinet via fiber optic cables.
