In addition to the 'LPA 08' series, Dunkermotoren is introducing the LSM 06 and LSM 13 series of linear spindle motors as well as the LSG 13 series with gearbox. The linear spindle motors combine brushed DC motors such as the 'GR 42' or 'GR 63' with spindles from Haydon Kerk. The brushless DC motors 'BG 32', 'BG 42' and 'BG 65S' can also be combined. The motors are available with integrated control electronics and attachments on request. The 'LSM 06' series is in the motor power range up to 20 W, which results in a continuous force of up to 40 N and a peak force of up to 120 N. With DC motors up to 100 W (LSM 13), continuous forces of up to 300 N and peak forces of up to 680 N can be implemented linearly. Travel speeds of up to 300 mm/s are possible. With the 'LSG 13', the main focus is on force: the linear force is significantly increased by fitting a 'PLG 52' planetary gearbox or a worm gearbox in sizes 'SG 62' or 'SG 80K'. The maximum power range of the drives is 60 W, and travel speeds of up to 100 mm/s are possible. The continuous forces of the angular gearbox are 150 N (SG 62) and 300 N (SG 80K).
