With Smart Display Link 3, B&R is launching a new generation of its technology for digital display transmission. The current version allows a distance of 100 m between PC and panel. All communication channels are transmitted via a standard Ethernet cable. The graphics are transmitted directly from the PC system to the panel and do not have to be processed via an additional PC architecture in the panel. The technology can be used independently of the operating system used. Thanks to its modular design, 'Smart Display Link 3' can be used with all Automation Panels.
