The GraphLight graphics card from Clairitec contains the technology of the SpiderGraph card on the one hand and enables a display at VGA or lower resolution on the other. To achieve this, the unnecessary hardware for this resolution has been removed, a different microprocessor has been used and the electronic architecture has been optimized. According to the manufacturer, this results in a considerable cost reduction compared to the original card and a halving of the size and therefore the space requirement (59 x 39 mm). The GraphLight card is equipped with serial RS 232, CAN and USB connections. The GraphLight card is also to be integrated into Clairitec's EMV-certified "Plug & Play" graphic display modules; in particular in the 4.3-inch WQVGA and 3.5-inch QVGA versions.
